I'm only looking for one tire without the rim. I'm only looking for the OEM B6 S4 Continental Sport Contact 2 235/40ZR18 95Y tire, no exceptions (these are the tires that came on all of the wheels from the factory, and is also mounted on the spare in the trunk). I've got one. Tread depth (measured with gauge) is 5/32 to 6/32. That's a bit more than 50%. It is not mounted on a wheel and could ship quickly. If you're interested, I'll send pics.
