long story short. they fixed my car twice and both times i had major issues with their work. the worst was what i just discovered. after being hit in the rear panel behind the passenger rear door they fixed the car and claimed they did an alignment. bullshit cause couple months later i see the only tire that was worn was the rear passenger which means they def did not do the job or the alignment like they were supposed to. two...tail light bulb went out today and went to remove tail light to replace bulb only to see that they broke the tabs on the inside and then used some type of black glue to glue the tailight to the body. had various issues with their paint work also. take it from me dont give them business unless u want a headache,. going to go see them tomorrow to see how they resolve this issue, if im not satisfied with the outcome itll be time to give the lawyer a call and off to court i go then the BBB. over principle alone. i cant understand how u can run a business and put ur reputation at risk over a tailight and shitty work. i just cant understand it. sorry fellas had to vent and dont want to see another audi be treated like shit by a bunch of jerk offs.

umm, good luck with everything and report them to the BBB, but dont expect much from BBB they dont do anything besides act like a bullitin board for complaints.
