they are bolts that allow different sized wheels to fit onto our bolt pattern. Read the ad.

I saw those the other day. I can finally buy a 5x114.3 wheel and have them fit my 5x112!

These have been around for a while. Just make sure the bore on the 114.3 wheel is large enough to allow the bolt to shift.

Seen 'em. Better hope the offset of the wheel is exactly what you want.

    Re: Best thing ever?

i would hope that you got the right Hub Centric rings other wise that could spell disaster. Its one thing to shift the bolt pattern but another to not have the hub centered in the rim it would be a bumpy ride.

I vote no, and recommend quality adapters or wheels made to fit our cars, there are enough out there that we don't have to start using wheels off evos, eclipses, Chrysler's, mazdas, etc...

I have a few friends that use these with odd wheels not meant for 5x112, they seem to work perfectly!

    Re: Best thing ever?

I'd think as long as you use the correct torque settings that it wouldn't be an issue.

These have been around for years. They're TUV approved and OZ used to ship their wheels from the factory with these to save on the manufacturing costs of making wheels in several lug patterns.

    Re: Best thing ever?

These are actually a variation on 2-piece lug bolts which are considered safer than the traditional lug bolts.
