Hmm, imageshack.us seems to be finiky at times. Anyways, it wasn't too hard at all just read over the audiworld writeup and went for it. Its pretty obvious what you have to do once you get them off and take a look at it.

Funny that you ask that...I wanted to go to 88 but the sun was almost set at that point and I just wanted to get a few shots. They were taken on 890.

I am down for a meet, although I am not out that way all that much. If its a nice weekend, the car scene here is pretty awesome. You should come to albany one weekend and meet up. It's only 25mins or so.

I am on there, but not very much at all (same name). I am more on shift518.com then ca-va which is not audi and vw specific but more of a local car forum. I am prob going this wednesday, but it soposed to be pretty crappy weather.

You know, I was never really a fan of the CCM because of that square hole you have in the chrome piece and the 3 little holes where the tabs used to be... the true ecodes its all smooth... if you know what i mean.... but now after seeing your pics and the price for ecodes up to about 700$... im thinking i might do the ccm tomorrow.. lol... after all i guess we get the same effect and its essentially free...

Yes, they are my winter wheels. I unfortunalty sold my RS4's for a tranny rebuild kit that now I really don't need. The trans works perfect, and I don't have wheels. I am looking for a set of 18's very soon.

Looks good man I did mine yesterday and unfortunately mine didn't come out as hot as I would like. I was being very anal about the size of the hole in the back part and that made it harder to see. Also here is a tip for anyone who is planning on doing it. Make sure you drill out the WHOLE tab from side to side. Did you end up using the stealth bulbs or just painted them?
