    Boxster Calipers

I have done a lot of searching and actually answered some of my questions but I still have a few more. I can get a set of boxster calipers for free, since I was going to get the a8 kit it will hardly cost anymore for me to run these calipers. I have seen pictures and read that they will fit behind stock 16" 10 spoke sport wheels but I'm assuming this is with a small spacer. Does anyone know what size spacer is needed? What is the best solution for brake lines since I read that the stock lines won't work.

The calipers are from a 2003 boxster, I'm assuming the calipers from this year will fit the carriers from PureMs? If anyone has pictures of them behind stock 16" rims please post them up.

PureMs sells the mounting brackets for 175 and the lines for 89. Not sure on the spacers. I would just do 10mm ones. Which should give you more then enough room behind the wheel and not too much poke.

Old picture when trying to determing spacer size. ECS has 2, 3, 4 & 5 mm spacers 5mm are the easiest to get ( H&R ). I would choose the 4 (ECS Tuning part) or 5 mm ( H&R even Tire Rack carries this) spacer.

haha the first pic reminded me of those auto zone rimes that use a metal plate thing to cover up the crappy steel wheel behind it.

Here are some pictures of the calipers just for fun. The pads in the pictures are getting replaced.
