    Hello,
my friend got a Audi A4 TDI, 2003/2004 model, and it's imported from Germany. Since we are in Norway, we want english in displays...not german!!

How to do that in VAG com?

And: Does VagTacho work on this model?

    Thanks :)

    Here we go again,
check out rossteck webpage on the possibilities. It's just software, sure it can be changed.

The rosstech cable cost you 250USD or get a friend who has it in Norway. Not sure if your dealer will do it for you?

    Thanks a lot!!!!
No, in Norway, everthing, absolutely everthing costs and it costs HELL A LOT, when it comes to car things.

I give you a price example: For an Audi A4 1.8L gasoline, 2001 mod, for an main service - with timing belt replacement etc- at 120.000KM they wanted 15.000KR ~ 3.000US$ .

As you see, its a sick high priced service , or????

i will try it on wednesday & give you feedback :)

You may fly a cheap mechanic in from Germany as well to do the job
As for the Rosstech. I got the 10 USD cable from ebay and it gives you most of the options to change. I use it for error code read out and I changed my windows roll down with the key fob.
Good luck with your 1.9TDI, good performance and cheap on gas.

    Yeah, really!!

I got that cable to, from ebay, Hong Kong.

Thank you for replies. Yeah, 1.9TDI is so good when it comes to torque and money saving on diesel. i have a VW Passat 1.9TDI 110hp, uses 5.0L/100km :)
