honestly, dont know. it opens up once you start to get into boost, i am sure it could be adjusted also.

ok last question before i say sold.....does it fit in stock TIP / APR TIP...or its 3" and doesnt fit in them?

the maf is 3", I was planning on running that aem filter directly off the end of the maf, it has a 3" inlet and fits perfect over the maf.

yeah , but the other end...does it fit into the turbo inlet pipe? i have a cone filter on now so dont need to worry about that end

Mass air flow sensor. It monitors the air (mass) injected into the engine and then sends readings back to the ECU. The ECU uses that info to calculate how much fuel (mass) to grant to the engine.
