Question Stasis SS Coilover Owners.. rubbing on 19's? How low should I go?

I'm getting Stasis SS coils put on my car sometime this week and was wondering what ride settings / height you guys are running on for both F/R

I've seen AZ'ers do 25.5" F / 25.75" R and 25.5/25.65 but they all had 18" rims. Love the stance at those settings but was wondering whether they would rub too much on 19" x 8.5" RS4 reps wrapped in low profile 235/35/19 tires.

Trying to find a good mix of looks and rideability

    Any personal experiences or pictures?

    Thanks

24.75 no rubbing. Custom offset. 265/30 19x10 in the rear and 235/35 19x8 in the front. I would suggest no lower than 25.00 all around. It seems to ride better.

Thanks sevenstarz, wow, 19x10 @ 24.75" and still no rubbing?

Autoverruckt, haha, yup, it's about damn time.

So, is the general consensus that I can go lower than 25.5"/25.625" with no rubbing on 19's? It'd be nice to see some pics of 19's running on or near that height setup.

Re: Stasis SS Coilover Owners.. rubbing on 19's? How low should I go?

I appologize for cutting into this post but I am also considering the Stasis SS Coilover kit for my A4. I have heard very good things about the ride quality however I do not want a slammed look. I'd prefer an S4 ride height or bit lower. Ideally I would like the wheel gap to be even all around the tire. I'll be putting on V708 18" 8.5 38mm RS4 reps on it with 235x40 rubber.
Any suggestions, opinions photos would be greatly appreciated.

You don't say where you are but IMO the purpose of an Audi is to get you through all road and weather conditions. I would be careful about going too low.

Re: Stasis SS Coilover Owners.. rubbing on 19's? How low should I go?

I live in Chicago area so yes I will have to live through snow and spring pot holes hence 18" wheels. I also forgot to mention that I will most likely never take the car to the track.
I read some posts saying that springs and shock combo might be a better solution than a coilovers but the cost is not that much different and coilover kit seem to at least be more flexible.
Does anyone know how high can I go on Stasis SS?

    Ride Height Adjustable
You can lower your car a minimum of 1” (25mm) from factory settings. The kit allows further adjustment of up to 2 additional inches*
So just lower then the sport suspension is.

You're right about CO's not being much more than Springs/Shocks (at least where I live). Better to go with CO setup given price is close.

Re: Stasis SS Coilover Owners.. rubbing on 19's? How low should I go?

Thx for a quick response! Unfortunately my A4 came with standard (Buick like) suspension so it makes it even harder to calculate what the final (Stasis SS) setup will be like.
Can the ride height be measured from the road up to the fender? If yes then does anyone have such measurement at the highest setting for Stasis Street Sports?
    Thx again.
