Angry got hit, scratched both doors, fix without painting?

allow me to vent. got hit by an acura mdx while my car was parked in a parking lot. she obviously doesn't know how to park, let alone drive.

the funny thing is when i told her she probably accidentally hit my car and her car has scratches in her bumper right at the same height as my scratches, she said, "yes they are at the same height now, but when i sit in the car the car is inches lower". i responded, "i don't really think you are ~that~ fat"

pointless to talk to people like that...

anyway, now my questions, do you think those scratch removal paste would work or they will mess up the paint? how about those scratch repair without painting the whole panel, how does that work?

the scratches don't look all that bad without twisting my head 160 degrees, but still.

the scratches on the belt line is worst though:

any recommendation to a LA shop for these fixes?

So did you call the cops and file a report?
    Did you get her info?
Is she paying for the damages?

Where are you in L.A.? If you want i can probably buff those out for you with this special stuff that I got. It works wonders and is way better than scratchX.

I have time today and this week. If you want to attempt it yourself, pm me and I'll tell you where to get this stuff.

BTW, totally clear coat safe and absolutely no swirl marks .

Re: got hit, scratched both doors, fix without painting?

    thanks for the help guys.
    will check out quality kraft.

thanks raudi for your offer to help. please post or PM me your magic "stuffs"... if i don't get around to fix it in the next week or so, i'll take up your offer to try it out. the door guard strips have to be touched up or painted anyway... and i might as well take care of my other dents with PDR.

mofsteel, got her license plate, took pics, that's all. she is not paying. didn't file a police report, it won't do me any good anyway if i don't claim insurance. could this be considered hit and run?

Pacific Audi Body Shop does an excellent paint match, but they are not cheap. It looks like you could buff those out, but the door guards need to be repainted or replaced.

bsrpilot44, where is quality kraft? redondo -beach-? i couldn't find it.
jmg, thanks, will check out pacific's body shop, at least to compare prices.

got an estimate from superior car care in venice, doors can be buffed out but color sanding it before buffing will yield perfect result. for the door guards, might be able to touch up and then buff, won't be perfect.
