Iphone vs. STaSIS SS GB?

Well...The economic stimulus package is going to give me enough money to buy either one. I'm having a tough time deciding, but with the price in the GB....It's hard to turn down almost $200 off of some SS....

Isn't the GB price like $20 cheaper than SPP normal everyday price? And I think if you call them or Matrix you get an even better price.

There's a new 3G iPhone coming out / being announced in June and there are rumors that ATT will start subsidizing their iPhones for $199.99 (w/ a new contract, of course).

I don't know about you but I always feel a sense of pride when someone looks at my clean car and says, "hey, nice ride." I don't think I have ever felt that way or get a comment from a phone. Phone is for the most part hidden in your pocket; your sweet lowered ride is seen by a select few on the road...it is that select few that will really appreciate what you did/are doing to your car.

obviously my vote is for the CO's. Plus you get to talk about how happy you are with your car on the forum.

iPhones fail. Friend was getting out of her car (not a suburban or Expedition) had it slide out of her pocket and the bottom right corner of the screen is toast. I've had my phone poorly thrown to me from 20 feet away and hit the ground, dropped it multiple times, etc, and it still works like a charm. The iphone won't make your car look or handle any better, right? And you clearly already have a functional phone and computer. What's the point?!

I was at the AT&T store a couple of weeks ago after my last day at work I converted my cell phone number from my old work account back to my private account. The AT&T store guy told me the "rumor" is pretty firm about the iPhones being 3G and I am definitely looking at one.

Most people I know love/like their iPhones, but I have talked with some people who have had issues with compatibility issues and battery life.

Again, "rumors" are that Apple has worked out some of the initial bugs that extend battery life and previous compatibility issues.

Haha, I think that about sums it up. Go for Stasis, the iPhone is not a necessity.

For what it's worth, my roommate and I love our iPhones and surprisingly, I get more comments and reactions from the iPhone than I get with my car. Outside of the car enthusiasts, people don't appreciate the work that's been put into a car...

My friend didn't even realize I went from 17" stockers to 19" rims with low profile tires. She thought my tires were flat

k, the touch screen if fun, for 5 minutes, then the fone is useless, i also have a need to bbm and text, and i cannot text with 1 finger, the touch screen keyboard is horrible, and its annoying.

the iphone is a POS beyond the fact that its really cool and like "woah its an iphone" haha. it just doesnt work to make phone calls (x.x).

besides which new 3G (hispeed internet) iphone subsidized by att (-200 dollars signing up with att) coming june 9th (approx.)

Nope .. don't own one .. can afford it .. Of Coarse! What phone/s do I have ..

I have a Blackberry 8830 world phone for bizz use and a EnV2 for personal use. I do have experience with the Iphone however .. my brother had one.. Key word word HAD. Personally I think its a Nice phone. Great UI .. The touchscreen does get annoying after a while though. I trully believe that Apple made a Mistake goin with Att/Cingular for its service providing partner. It looks pretty lame when you have a Iphone and cant make a call cause u have no reception or keep dropping calls .. and the guy next to you has a inexpensive LG EnV or EnV2 and is chatting away uninterrupted. It all boils down to the *typical* consumer ... buying on impulse and emotion rather than making a rational decision.
