    Suggestions on how to get this stupid connector on radiator off?

    I can't for the life of me remove this connector. Are there any tricks to getting it off?

    I think he removed the rubber grommet to show the actual harness

    I started pulling the rubber thing off (without squeezing anything) and it just popped off.
