Joey Mods FINALLY finished and on the car with 6000k hids :)

So i FINALLY sealed these back up and got them on the car.....put them in with a 6000k vvme hid kit, ill get night pics up later tonight or something.....but anyway, it even rained last night and no fogging issues! knock on wood it stays that way.....oh, and i also ended up painting the brights.....i was kind of hesitant, but i think they turned out pretty sweet.....

The whole headlight is painted the same, its just the way the light is hitting the projector that makes it look lighter!



Im going to be selling either these w/the hids included or my S4 headlights with the HIDs included....i think im going to clear corner the S4's too....but anyway, if anyone is interested in picking up either set let me know....ill sell whichever one will get me more money haha......

are the s4 headlights hids? will they fit my 02 a4? how much and are they stock? if yes to the first two and a decent price. I will buy them.

high beams work just fine, i was surprised myself, but i also put hid fogs in, so those will make a difference too.....

they might look foggy cause i didnt get a chance to clean them yet and there and hand prints all over the outside of the lenses still hahaha.......

it took me a long time to get done, but one because i was working on them a little at a time here and there......overall it didnt take too long and can easily be done in a weekend.......

it rained last night, and no condensation, so i think thats a good sign they are sealed up pretty well!

ill try and get some night shots in the next day or two.....i did test out the brights last night on the road, and the light output seemed just fine to me.....at the same time though, i cant even recall the last time i used my brights...thats the biggest reason why i didnt mind painting them!

hahaha, actually i need two new wiper arms! i was seriously contemplating just getting one of the aero kits from ECS....but its tough to spend $125 on wipers......haha, how could you even tell??

I saw the chipped paint on the passenger arm. I put the aero kit on my car and I think it was well worth the money, especially that they do a much better job then the normal ones ever did for me! One thing I will say is that the Audi aero blades work better then the Bosch ones that ECS tuning includes with the aero kit.

just put the 6000k's in my fogs as well......ill try and get some light output pics tonight....i had a chance last night while i was out, but was a moron and forgot the memory card for my camera at home....anyway, ill try and snap a couple tonight!
