Got my wheels mounted yesterday, thanks to vdubstreets for the great deal. I've wanted monoblocks forever, and now that I have a car that can pull them off I had to get them. I need to get it lowered and thats coming soon and it will look 100X better slammed to the floor.

C&C is welcome I guess, but if you don't like it I don't care.












Perfect offset, just add a little negative camber when I lower it and it will be perfect.

LOL, I like the car. I've always liked red and the wheels, while aren't my particular style, look good on your car. Are you planning on painting the lowers? Your car kind of looks a little like Capt. Obvious' car.

Thanks, I wish my car looked as good as his. I plan on painting the lowers eventually but I need to decide on a kit first.

Your Audi centercaps aren't going to fit in those wheels because of the centerbore of the wheels. They do make blank caps for those wheels, but they can be a pain to find sometimes. Just keep your eyes peeled on ebay.

Also, another option would be a set of thse since they aren't as obviously Mercedes:

personally I'd leave the center caps... who gives a damn, the only people who are really gonna jump on your nuts about it are the people here on the forum. Sadly enough, not many people outside of here care enough about cars to really say something about it.

and on that note -- what suspension are you planning on going with? if you wanna get LOW i suggest KW or tein. (but mostly KW ) search for pics of my car -- im about halfway up the threads on my coilovers... so i've probably got a good inch and a half or more of drop left, and i was tucking rubber on my 16's

I'd recommend spending the extra money for the SS' if you plan on going really low.
