Hey all I a have struts going out and want to upgrade instead of going with stock. Can anyone recommend anything that they currently have or had experience with. Its a street car and not tracked at all but may so an all around setup would be good. Thanks for the advise and help in advance.

    Re: Suspension

Start searching, there's 100 ways to go about this. Bilstein's and drop coils, true coilovers(lots o' options), air bags, ....

One of the things you want to avoid in either, a driver or a track car, is being oversprung. To stiff of springs will severely change your ride quality. The springs basic purpose is to hold the car up, the damper/shock/strut does almost all of the rest.

Some companies to look into: Koni, Bilstein, KW, Vogtland, STaSis(more track oriented), VMaxx(lowering, but more for show than anything), and there's a few others.

If you don't already have sport suspension, that's another option. It sits a little lower than the standard suspension, and can be used with drop coils more safely.

EDIT: Sport suspension has red struts, standard is black.
