electronic slip protection... aka traction control

It electronically controls the power from the engine as it transfers to the wheels, if a wheel starts to slip it will power down and adjust to gain traction back.

At least thats the way i've always understood it.....

Search on Audiworld, there was a DIY writeup on it. It was for a B5, but should be the same.

man that fucking swicth is useless, i think when your turn off traction control, it turns back on like over 30 or somthing, so dumb. and if you didn't want traction, why did you buy an AWD audi?

    Re: Dual cupholder???????

Tray to Cup holder - EASY (5 minutes), just take a couple of small flat head screwdrivers and lift the brass tabs slightly above the tray.

Now, cars with the ESP button may have a more difficult time.

    Re: Dual cupholder???????

a guy with an allroad moved the cupholder and the air suspension controls form one side to the other, so it can be done, but he didn't write it up. Not sure where you could relocate the ESP button to though -- good luck.
