Bench Race!!

this would be a good race, and i would do it now but my clutch is dead :-( but what do you think of the outcome here. my car, awe stage 3 versus a 300zx, gt28rs turbos, rebuilt motor, forged pistons, 0.5mm overbore (0.020" over) full turbo back. I am not aware of his tuning or fueling but i am sure it is up to par. im not feeling this one in my favor.. what do you guys think?

I'd put $1,500 on the Z. Especially if you were OTS pump gas AWE tune.

thats what i was worried about lol. i found out he will be making close to 500whp so i now feel silly for making this thread.

There is a local one unable to get better than mid 12s. I take it every time.

Depends on the car, the tune, traction, etc.

Those things are not AWD.

the fairladys are very quick cars, ive seen some run 11's on stock shitty turbos im guessing with the motor work and everything he will own u, ask for a ride and find out

my room mates has a 300zx. Faster then my stage 2+. He is on stock turbos. Takes awhile to catch me from a dig though

There are plenty of 300ZX's that would give stage 3 S4's a run for their money on stock turbos. With GT28RS's, built engine with larger pistons...better hope there are tuning issues because that thing will RIP. Would take a GT S4 to just hang with those.

id put my car on the z. lol

here is a video of my buddy zo's car hitting a 10.6 in his old set up. this was when he was making 633whp. the car is much faster now. =) its one of the only cars ive been in that scare me. his second and third gear is insane.
