Stick with a DV.
Search around too because this has been debated a million times, with the same outcome.

i know i will probably lose less boost with a dv, but that does sound amazing!

BTW,, with my BT setup, my EVO MS DV sounds just as loud

Bah. I have Run BOV's on 1.8t's with minimal/0 issue. I say go for it. That being said. You get pretty annoyed with your BOV after awhile. I had the HKS and the Trust type S. They both responded much better then DV's, but were LOUD. I'm an old man though. I understand son, you do what you do.

I just threw out that type S yesterday. It was just sitting in the garage chillin.

I used to run it and it bogged between shifts, now I recirculate it. The sound gets annoying well.

if you do get one, get the forge splitter valve as it recirculates.

Dunno to me the ssqv sounds amazing, i had the hks RFL on my conquest and that was too loud and did get annoying. Anybody have any idea what kind of exhaust he is running?
