Any difference between this one

and the one the stealership quoted me for $250 plus an hour of labor ($100)?

Nope, that's the same one I got, and audi installed it for me, on the house. (Considering I got over 3k worth of work done anyway)

No problem.

You could try to do it yourself.. open the trunk, take out the trunk carpet liner thing, then its a black cover with 3 phillips head screws near the back seats. Take that off and you gotta unscrew the fuel tank - this is the part where I got stuck so I just took it to audi.. maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
