19" fitment on B7 A4

Will either or both of the thes fitments work without any mods?

19x8.5 et45 w/ 245/35/19

or

19x8 et35 w/ 245/35/19

Also, since these are aftermarket wheels am I going to need hub centric rings and if so what size?

Tire size is fine, offsets are close so should be good. Wheel vendor should provide rings to get to 57mm.

Specs look good. As for hub centric ring... check if the wheel is not already hub centric.
