Wheel color

I'll be painting my roof black pretty soon. I'm tired of black, so what color should I go on my wheels?
-Flat black
-Gunmetal
-Silver

as far as the wheels go with all gun metal. chrome lip with any color is such a bad combo in my opinion.

You don't get it. He's saying that painting "YOUR" roof makes "YOUR" car look cheap. Don't try make it sound like he's talking about a real carbon fiber reinforced lightweight roof that actually serves a real purpose like those on some of the M cars. There is a big difference between one of those, and your heavy metal roof that you just painted black...

anyway, I have yet to find any wheel color that looks good on a silver car besides silver. Maybe gunmetal, but it's a stretch.

definitely gunmetal. illest look on a silver B4 imo...clean and subtle but aggressive.

edit: and on the black roof...i think it looks ill w/ the contrast between silver roof, black tinted moonroof, black clips for rack, then silver/brushed aluminum crossbars...black would definitely get rid of that contrast.

Silver goes good with 2 colors....silver and black.

I think if u had a black Hood and roof, ur wheels should be silver, because it'll look well blended, and by the way those black roofs u see on Benzes and BMW's excluding the M's that have CF, they are Panorama Roofs, which is 1 inch thick Bullet Proof Dual Glazed glass! thats not cheap hence why people who have it payed an extra $2000 for it! so think Fully Loaded when u see it!

when i posted i couldn't see the pic of ur car, but it looks Badass as it stands, now if u left ur hood and trunk silver and painted ur roof and door blades black u'd be set! think of 7Speed's car his is badass!

Let me clarify, I'm just tired of my glossy black wheels, not the color black in general. I'm going to paint the roof regardless because it's something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I personally think it looks great on a silver car. I guess I will powdercoat the wheels gunmetal...should I powdercoat the lip and the face or just the face?
