    except if you have to do rotors, getting the carrier bolts off can be a bitch IMO. but brake pads are easy...

    Never had a problem with a brake/rotor job, even the first time I did it. Brakes are a DIY all the way, any place else and they always have cheap pads or try to sell you new rotors.
