Anyone have an experience (good or bad) with this company? I'm looking at buying the front control arm kit and the front sloted/cross drilled rotors. Any suggestions? Thanks

I've had good experiences so far. The only bad was I sent them an email, they sent one back, I sent a reply with requested info and never heard back.

I bought from them...K04 turbo kit, hardware all that, RS4 clutch, timing belt kit, coolant afterrun switch, etc. lots of shit.... they are AWESOME. around the time that i bought my K04s (december) there was a "bad batch" i think of K04s from Avalon, i didnt get any of that from ECS, my turbos barely make any sound =] only the normal k04 noises and i have 11k on them already. go buy NOW

    Re: ECS Tuning

I've bought plenty of stuff from ecs including: after run coolant pump, fog lights, brake pads, and bunch of other stuff) most recently I just bought the febi control arm kits for my car. Huge box with every arm individually boxed. Really fast shipments on everything I’ve ever bought from them, and I def recommend them to anyone

I've probably spent $3-5K with them since 2002. Never one problem with them. EVER.....

    Re: ECS Tuning

I've spent so much money from that place, pretty much most of the stuff i have on my car came from ECS.(mostly oem parts and samco hoses)

haven't had a problem with any of the products, and when i order stuff is on time and only takes 2-3 days. Glad i live close by.

    Re: ECS Tuning

LOL... "bad batch" or install error? In my talks with BW distributors, maybe 1/100 is a faulty or warrantable part. Improper pre-lube (priming), cold revving, oil contamination all play a part.

Cool that you had a good experience with ECS, they sell a lot of stuff.

lol i just go by what others say... i dont know shit . but all i know is that the K04s and my polish boy greg SSP tuning installed them nicey nice all i hear is my catless exhaust system! barely any turbo sound just what you would normally expect. . but now that they are in i feel that i have control of them, i mean i dont hit boost often and when i do you better believe my oil temps are up around 200 AND water temp is up, although water temp is always up by that point lol

either will be OK. Vast is just fun to work with so go with them if you'd like. My ECS kit had everything in it, the coolant, everything needed for the whole change. I got the ultimate plus for 350, which jason from there knocked down to 300 for some reason lol

    Re: ECS Tuning

Stay away from them!! LOL just kidding!!

They are great. Sometimes you end up spending more that what you what so take caution if you are tight on budget but you need not worry about their customer service or their product. Between my brother, myself and my bro-in-law (we all have 2.7t engines), we just spent a good chunk of change the past month or so.
