What's reasonable price for 02 avant 75K miles?

What is reasonable price for an 02 S4 Avant with 75K miles bone stock?
I found this on eBay, but isn't more than 15000 too much for this car?
I've been looking for a wagon, finally one came up, but what's good price?

but, avants can usually net a higher price. ESPECIALLY if they are 6 speeds. so we're going to need some more info.

timing belt done yet?
auto or 6 speed?
condition of car, interior? exterior?
sport package?
any mods?
etc...
