I've been told that the parts from the TT do not transfer to the A4, S4, RS4. I wanted the same steering wheel for my car as it is a tip as well. Unfortunately they are two entirely different cars (I believe they are acctually built in two different plants too).

Lol bunnn you always purchase a sweet addition to your car only to find that it is a pain in the ass to get installed! Hope it works out for you like your recaros, in the end you will get it on and it'll look great!

    Re: TT steering wheel installation...

I know someone has done this before, but I can't remember who. I know derleicaman has one in his B6, but the wiring is slightly different. You may want to contact him anyways, though, because he seems to be very knowledgeable about this type of stuff. As far as I can remember, you just match up wires based on their color. You could probably re-use the connector from your original wheel or get a new one at the dealership and then just remove the connector that's on the TT wheel and replace it with the B7 connector, match up the wires, and go. There may be more to it, though.

installation is actually very easy..theres only 2 plugs......it's not so much that i can't find what to plug in..but the airbag harness will not go in
