    FMIC install question

ok so couple question, i finished the install, looks great behind the s4 bumper, ne ways

    questions:
    1. i used the stock hose from the turbo and the manifold right, now u know the hose on the passenger side that u take off, do i have to cover that with something? or do i just leave it like that? same thing on the driver side, when i go and pull off the hose from the stock intercooler, one of the hoses i used for the FMIC, but the bottom hose is the problem, what do i do with that open hole?

    2. i get a CEL, is that normal? i get two codes actually one code is p0303 and the other is p0303pd. i know it what the p0303 is, its mis fire on number three correct? well i fixed that recently, and the CEL disapeared, and now that i have installed the FMIC its back, and it says that the second code p0303pd, why is it pending, what does this mean?

    Re: FMIC install question

1- if your talking about the "pipe" that was used for the stock smic that the snub mount bolts to then, yes you just keep it open
2- cel is not normal, just clear it and see if it coms back

and gj on installing it yourself and saving money

EDIT- btw what fmic did you get

Hit the clear button on the same page that you are looking at the codes with if your using a VAGcom.

you should be able to clear codes with your obd11 reader, maybe unplug your battery for 10min will clear it(works with obd1 cars)
