    Help A Brotha Out

ok..the age old debate (well, besides the octane one)

18 or 19 inch wheels and which ones? Specs: 04 A4 1.8T 17" sport wheels came with it, no idea if it IS a sport model. Has tiptronic tranny with Sport mode (S)

Throw some pics up of cars like mine with different wheels.. I'm not prepared to lower it yet, so I want to see what it may look like with different size wheels and maybe a little gap. 19's look sick, but 18's may just be alittle more practical.

    HELP. Thanks Ziners!

it doesnt really matter if you have Sport or not, its still going to be high, unless its an 02. doesnt matter how sick your car looks, if you cant enjoy/drive it. i had 19's on my car before, but the rub annoyed me (24.5" drop all round) so i raised the car up to 25.75" but i hated the look. sold the wheels and got 18"s with a 24.5" drop. just make sure you get offset +35 - 30 (depending on wheel width)... sickest stance on our cars

Well if you want the bigger look of 19" wheels but the praticality of an 18 wheel, get 18" wheels with no lip. They usually give the illusion of a bigger wheel because of the unbroken line of the spokes all the to the tire.
