Thanks Henry!Actually I am running a pretty good size .63 T3 turbine housing,so I have enough turbine, but in my case the afr went to 12.8 at
6k, which is not good for 30-32 psi boost! I have a adjustable fuel pressure regulator, but it was the last run of the night since the owner of the shop needed to get home, and I did not have time to adjust it and make another run,but with some cool down time and a adjusment I think I would have seen 410-420 since you can see that it was still climbing up to that point.
It was 88 deg. and BSM has NO intercooler fan so I was lucky to make those #'s at all
Car is fun as hell,no CEL and am finished with the build now.Just the perfect balance of streetability and fastness (is that a word???)
In your case, yes, regardless of turbine wheel size, you will have turbine "choke" with the K-03/04 turbines. That is the trade off for OEM fitment and quick spool unfortunately. It is amazing you guys make the power you do with those small frame turbos!!!Actually it is good since the tq. is what gets your guys heavy rides movin'.
