Feeler: 2001.5 Nogaro S4 with Alcantara

Alright, so I am at a cross roads. I bought this car about a year ago and I have loved every minute of ownership. However, its crunch time for me. I will be getting married in October and will be moving out soon. I am at a point in my life where I have to make some decisions... this car hasn't been to problematic *knock on wood* but lately I have been spending money on it to fix a couple of wear and tear issues. Few things listed below has been replaced recently and been repaired. I just found out that additional parts needs to be replaced as well. Once all this is fixed, I dont expect a lot of
things to go wrong.

Here are some info on the car.

2001.5 Audi S4
Mileage is 114k currently
6 speed
Not a sport package but has black/grey alcantara seats
Remote Stater w/ turbo timer

APR Chip (only chipped for 8k miles)*I have original ECU as well

710N diverter valves
M3 lip spoiler
18in RS4 DTMs
ECS SS brake lines

RS4 Grill

Maintenance:
EGTS replaced 10k miles ago
2 O2 sensor replaced 10K miles ago
Both Valve Cover gaskets less than 500 miles ago
Both Cam Seal tensioner less than 500 miles ago
Rotora Rotors 1k miles ago
Hawk HPS Pads (Front & Rear) 1k miles ago
Febi Control Arm (Upper & Lower) less than 500 miles ago
Both Meyle Outer Tie Rod less than 500 miles ago
Driver side rear caliper 6k miles ago

The bad:
Front driver shockes of the coilover might need an overhaul which I will be ending out both fronts to get fixed if necessary this weekend.
Inner tie rod has some play (parts are on the way and will be replaced soon!)
Passenger side rear caliper needs replacement (that part is on the way also)
2 of the rims has a slight bend on the Inner lip (both are mounted in the rear and don't seem to hinder performance or drivability)

History:
I am the third owner of this car. The previous owner provided me with all his service receipts as the car was an AUDI CPO. The records indicate the turbos were replaced at around 95k under warranty, as well as a few other things that are common on S4s. I have those available. I was told the clutch and timing belt was replaced at one point too As far as the maintenance I performed during my ownership, the work was done by ourselves so no receipts for the labor but receipt for the parts are available. Car initially had black eather but I bought the sport seats a few months back and replaced it since.

Overall, the car is in Great shape (clean) for its age and mileage. Runs great! Always warmed up and cooled off properly. Garage Kept and washed weekly.

Its just the amount of money I spent lately on maintenance has me feeling I might not be able to hold my own financially. Right now, I have other things that have to take precedence over my car.
