Re: Need an AEB 1.8T Engine/ECU

haha Cody sent me a text message this morning at 6:15 asking me to try and find a 1.8T for him. Good thing I was allready up studying for a midterm, otherwise I would have been pissed!

Does he need the ECU also?

Re: Need an AEB 1.8T Engine/ECU

You looking for engine harness and ecm? or just the ECM and engine. Honestly, you aren't going to touch an engine and ECM from an AEB for less than 1800. And with harness more around 2000-2200. Unless it is SUPER high mileage, you might, be able to find it around 1000. It would probably have near 200k miles

I think I can get a brand new long block around ....1800. I would have to check

Re: Need an AEB 1.8T Engine/ECU

I also have an AEB engine with tranny for sale. Here is the detail:

Selling a 1.8T engine with transmission (clutch only 120km), perfect for VW golf or jetta mk2, mk3 swap. Engine has engine code AEB, it is a non-drive-by-wire, moreover, engine is off an 98 A4 1.8T Quattro.

I also have the compression test result which i did at Silkcat in North Vancouver. Compression test results close to brand new compression test specs. Also have receipt of the clutch.

Engine comes with turbo, engine harness, intake manifold, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, mass air flow sensor, ECU, everything should be intact.

For price, i really don't know where to start, so just simply make me an offer.

    Thank you for looking~
