    Delsa Motorsports - Bad Idea

I was just letting anyone out there to look somewhere else than Delsa Motorsports if they are in the market for spoilers, etc. Although I have heard some good responses and reviews from their products and sometimes their service, I was very surprised to search randomly on Google to find review after review of bad experiences with this company. The reason I am writing this is I unfortunately am in the middle of a Pay pal dispute to get my money back. It has been a full month since my order and I haven’t seen any sign of my spoiler in the mail, or even an email confirming my order, but my money sure was taken out fast from my account. The sheer fact that they wont even post any contact info on their website and wont respond to anyone's emails lets you know that they really don’t give a crap about their image or reputation. I better be getting a full refund soon, and will be looking for another supplier right away. Even though they offer a "quality" product at a fairly good price, I will never support a company that treats their customers this way. Let this be known so you don’t have to go through the same hassles as me along with many, many others.

I have also had my issues with them. Horrible customer service. I got my $$$ back via PayPal, but it took about 3 weeks.

I still ended up getting the same spoiler, but from a different seller. Try this one http://stores.ebay.com/E-AUTO-BAY-SHOP

What color spoiler are you looking for?

I have this one for sale.

i have dealt with them more than once and its been nothing but a good experience. i hope you know you have to have a confirmed paypal address or they will not ship. it says so in thier auctions i believe. thats what delayed me with the first spoiler i baught for my old car. easily fixed, and completely not their fault. theyre just trying to avoid fraud.

I didn't have any problems...product arrived on time and perfect color match. I was willing to gamble since the part was only like $50 anyway...can't do much on an Audi for $50

Even though a few have had bad experiences, because of the number of good reviews I think I'm going to take a gamble on the flexible 'S4' spoiler.

I have double checked and verified that my Pay pal account is verified and matches my credit card address. I also should say that I didn’t go through an EBay auction; I bought it directly off their website, www.delsamotorsports.com. Granted, even if you needed to be verified, how about an email acknowledging my purchase, and if there was a problem with my address why not give my money back? Or even better, how about answering a single F'ing email I have been sending for the past month telling me the problem?
