Bone stock dyno ?

I know the Audi A4 has 220 Stock HP and 221 stock Ilbs of trq....what is the tru stock WHEEL horse power of this vehicle. Does anyone know.

i hope your talking about the 3.0L

probably 160-170 to the wheels for a 3.0L

where did you come up with those numbers. the 1.8t doesn't make anywhere near that while stock.

My 1.8T dynoed 100awhp bone stock (not one aftermarket piece in the drivetrain) on a Mustang dyno but we think the motor was hurt.

i heard quattro atleast robs about 20-30% of horsepower. that comes out to about 44whp-66whp robbed from the cranks 170 , there can be other variables as well. mileage/engine status/weather condition/etc

one reason for B6lovin is the cat-back exhaust. The cat-back exhaust on stock programming actually yields less power than 100% bone stock. I know this because we dyno'd my car 100% stock and then 100% stock + cat-back and saw less power when added the cat-back exhaust and keeping stock programming.

same rule applies though. i lost some HP and picked up some torque (i did however gain more than i lost) - i've got the dyno sheet laying around somewhere.

yes I was talking about the 3.0 ... Iknow the 1.8 has 170 to the crank and the 3.0 is 220.... I just want to kno the put out to the wheels
