    Need help: head bolt tool

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Trying to put my head back on my 98 AEB and the new head bolts that ECS tuning sent me have a different bolt pattern than the bolts that were originally on the engine. I need the updated style, I believe its a 12 point poly drive, head bolt tool.

Willing to pay shipping and some cash for your hassle. Located in CT. I'd like to put the head back on this weekend and its been a bitch of a time so far

    12 point or 6 point?

I have a 6 point that fits the AMB and AMU heads.

If its the 6point you can borrow my socket but I'll need it back before Memorial Day. I'm 20mins away in W. Hartford.

Thanks for the offer. Ended up ordering a tool from PureMS last night, as I needed it 100% this Saturday and wasn't sure. I have an AEB head anyways.

    Okay

In the future. Germanautoparts.com has these items in stock and ships to Connecticut next day since they are in southern NY.
