    clean MAF on 02 3.0

    Ive looked and i dont see much for the 3.0 is there a diff to what i need to take off and clean as opposed too the 1.8t?? i think i know where the Maf if should be right off the intake im thinking it has 4 screws in it?? can someone give me a quick pic on the 3.0 and a quick how to i want to clean the MAF cause i put in a K&N and never cleaned off the Oils.

    Two screws. They are security screws, but you can grab them with vice grips and undo them easily. The first wire you see isn't the MAF wire, its the IAT. Don't spray that.

    I doubt if it does any long term damage, but you will probably get some DTC's regarding IAT signal out of range or something.

    yaa i get 16805 and 16825 all the time its really annoying...
