I've been lowered on Vogtland C/Os for about 7 months now and I've always had sort of a light clicking/popping sound on low speed parking lot-type turns.

Lately I've been getting a loud metallic clunk on the same types of turns. Any suggestions on what to look for?

    What model/year of car?
Have you checked your upper and lower control arms and outer tie rod ends for torn boots, faulty bushings, and play?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that it's an '06 A4 and I also have H-Sport S4 sways installed if that matters.

I know it's impossible to do an e-diagnosis...I just wanted to know what I should be looking for. Thanks for the reply.

Ok, did the clunking come about after you installed the H-Sport's?

Yes, but not immediately afterwords. I've had the sways installed for several months, but this problem only started a few days ago. It's also very intermittent...I haven't been able to deliberately reproduce the problem.

Do you think it could have something to do with the sways?

Check your control arms and tie rod ends for play.
