At this point back and forth I told him that I had just gotten 2 last week. Then finally he went and grabbed me one.
I dont understand these people.

its funny how shitty vw/audi service truly is. the one majour flaw this company has is the people they hire and there rediclious attitudes. I hate going to audi and try to avid the stealership at all cost. they love playing games liek that and have done similar things to me

I first phoned Pfaff to see if they had any coil packs for my B6, I wanted 3, then asked about their hours. When I got there, I decided to get 4, they had 3 on the counter waiting for me and got the 4th.

Next time, if in the neighbourhood, get them from Bryan @ IT.

i usually my stuff from neil at owasco, he's really good. but he is a bit far from you.

i went to agincourt autohaus on sheppard and warden once to get some screws (couldn't find a match at home depot), they were pretty good. no hassle. no attitude. and they had to special order them for me and call me, all that work for $2.

that's funny I go to Queensway Audi/VW all the time for parts and they never ask any stupid questions or give me attitude. Alot of the time I have the part number so maybe that changes their attitude. I got most of my coils through canadiancarparts.com and they are Beru so it's not no-name crap.

Just picked up my coils and fuel filter at Queensway Audi VW and they treat me like gold. Dom the parts guy is awesome. They also covered my sludge issue with a new engine and turbo.
