I've heard several places that they make 9lbs. I've always thought mine was a little slow, but it runs just fine on the stock program. I can hear no boost leaks or anything. But when I'm in full boost I'm only at 5 lbs. vaccum is at 21 while at idle. when i turn on my apr program I read 16lbs so i dont think its leaking. weird.

8.5-9Psi is stock boost. 5Psi usually means that the car went into limp mode to protect itself. Pehaps you have a boost leak or faulty N75 valve.

Limp mode will occur if you request alot more boost than the ECU can handle or if the N75 is disconnected (or failed).

Have you checked for any codes yet? Now's the time to do so....

What do you mean by that, Brett?

If the ECU was in hard limp mode, then switching programs wouldn't make a difference.

It's possible that you hit soft limp mode.

Like Daft said, check for codes.
