Would this be a good deal?

I am thinking about picking up this S4. He is asking 12,500. I think I could get him down to around 11,500. Do you all think it would be a good deal for that? Here is the ad:

I have for sale here a beautiful Santorin blue on gray leather S4. It has 108,xxx miles on it, and it runs very well, no hiccups whatsoever. All maintenance has been performed, and the volatile K03 turbos were replaced about 10k miles ago, along with the timing belt/water pump. The car comes with the following Modifications.

APR cat-back exhaust
AWE S-flow intake
Short shifter
Bailey diverter valves
Samco hose kit (to replace all the weak factory hoses in the engine bay)

offer him 10k just for the fact he replaced k03's with k03's lol
honestly drive it, inspect it, vag-scan it.. if its all good 11,500 is not a bad deal imo

yeah 11500 would be a good deal ive seen others go for much more ie 13,000 with same miles and they were stock

good deal, replaced turbos and timing belt, save you couple grands, all you need to worry about is maybe clutch replacement...for now..I don't know what else do others change after 100+K?

sounds like the only car on this entire forum that is a good and safe car if you don't expect to go stg 3. but hell you never can't even trust it then...
