Have cash for clean carfax manual s4 b5.
Prefer silver with black interior, will consider black exterior or two tone interior.

Must be manual. Should have service records and should have timing belt/water pump job done already or be low low mileage. I know the schedule for this job is 105K, but, we all know the s4 wants this every 60K. I will not pay top dollar for car needing work, or needing work soon. If it was maintained well, I am interested. Mileage is less important than service records.

Obviously, 2001.5-2002 is helpful, but, it really doesn't matter. The car will become a perfect daily monster either way.

I know most of you are great audi-ists, so please forgive me if I won't pay for
your heavily modded baby. Your car may be worth 16-20K to you, that is fine. The local price for a quick sale, serviced, clean history, around 100k 00-01 s4 (timing done, etc.) is 9900$. Check ebay, craigslist, etc. I am not pointing this out with the intention of insulting anyone. It is just a fact.
However, I will consider anything that is exactly/near what I want.

I can purchase same day, have plates, insurance, payment ready.

If you can get an S4 for around 10K that is completely serviced, in good shape, and has 100K miles you should do that. You're not going to get a deal like that on here, nor have I seen good S4's sell for that cheap.

2nd that, I got a steal on mine with 50K for $14k but I would never expect to see a well maintained, fully serviced b5 go for under $10k... that being said, good luck, I love mine

Well my "lowball" offers of 10 and 11k got me a couple potential buys. They moved down from 12500, and sometimes even from 14 to around 10k area. Keep looking eventually the perfect deal will come along. Or you can just wait until the B8 comes out, and buy a B5 S4 for a couple grand cheaper than now.
