    Hey im into the s4s and really dont know to much about tuning the b5 1.8s. Im about to do some work to my brothers 1997 1.8 manual quattro. I need some advice. I want to do the pc16 kit. Right now he currently has a k04, test pipe, cold air intake, giac software, fpr, and borla exhaust. What is the best upgrade for this car? pc16? what injectors does it use? Im looking for the cheapest way to do fueling. would i want to use a stock airbox or this setup is ok?

    let me know

    thanks

    pc16 uses 225TT injectors (380cc) and MAF (3")...youll probably want a new TIP as well.

    check the GIAC site for the specifics.

    pc 16 uses 310cc injectors on an aeb setup. great file. throw in a n75 h valve for even more fun. bosch 310 red tops will be the cheapest fueling. will need a adjustable fpr to dial down to 2.7 ish bar.

    looks like the car to be setup already has giac, so 200 will be the upgrade to go k04. homebrew will be cheaper. probably has bosch redtops in their kit. you can go with those, usrt injectors, rc engineering. tt injectors won't fit aeb heads. stock maf is fine.

    Boost Factory SMIC FTW!

    I initially thought 380cc injectors...but 310's of any brand should do...look for a used set.
