B5 DIY the same as B6?? My car is smoking too

I read the DIY for a B5 oil cooler and i wanted to know if its the same as a B6 it looks pretty much the same but has any one done it on a B6 before?? I think I need to change mine because I am getting white smoke out of my exhaust. I already did a compression test, and changed my valve cover gasket because I had oil in my spark plug holes. And i recently read that changing the oil cooler for HeymyA4 on his post

that was me, and thats actually for a b6 a4 they just wrote it wrong

AHH thanks. What problems were you having exacley that you had to change it were you smoking at all?????
