    Weak parking brake

    Just wondering if anyone knows how to tighten up the parking brake. It doesn't hold well... at all.

    I did mine earlier today and will be making a short howto post with pictures of the ratcheting mechanism, the improvised tool to actuate the release, and all the stuff you don't have to take out if you know what you're going after.

    Since it's auto-adjusting, but you're saying yours is weak, you might need to get in there and check that the ratchet mechanism isn't binding or gummed up with soft drink (the previous owner of my car is an idiot).
