Yah i quoted decent numbers from the shops around here.
but if anyone is looking to do it cheaper let me know.
its a B5 S4 i got the clutch flywheel and turbos so all you gotta do is install them. Ill even let you use my garage, which has every tool for the job and then some.

well by myself i cant, and my pops still has his injury so he cant really use his arm.

Oh i see, but u got a lot of knowledge and you have a lot of DIY's online. But from a lot of posts i have read so far, changing clutch at home might take way more than 1-2 days.
We can have an IE mod day, but u know, why to have like 15 people watching how only 2 actually working on a car???
Me, myself is not in this "2" people anyways, just my 0.2 cents.

lemme know, I'm not 100% up on the S4 stuff, but I know that if you're installing a clutch, it's also the time to tinker w/ the turbos as that's one of the two ways to get to them.

EDIT: I'm not an Audi specialist, just a Auto Tech for 3 yrs and I'm about to graduate college.

well theres really no way to get the turbos off if you dont remove the engine.
so its killing two birds with one stone.
im not sure yet on a date but im going shop searching tomorrow to get some rates,

My labor is cheaper, by a lot, but it's pretty likely that they'll get it done faster.

well i got my own private shop, lift, 210 and 120 welders, plasmas etc, if youve been to my house you know it, its just that by myself its kinda hard. but like i siad ill let you know prolly by tomorrow what im doing.

I have everything in my garage to do this in about a weekend. Having MY tools on hand would make this easier. Problem is, I work at Audi on Saturdays so I would need it from friday night through tuesday night. I've done my car's turbo swap and am getting ready to do the clutch. FYI, I have done all of my own work on this car which includes: O2's, EGT's, Piggies, APR Dp's, APR Catback, stock catback, Magnaflow Catback, Rotors + pads, JHM, Coilovers, CF trim, Mesh work, Turbo replacement, Aux coolant pump replacement, clutch fan delete, snub mount, timing belt, on and on........

s vier do you work at audi northshore?? I have a guy that works at audi northshore putting my awe stage 3 turbos and fueling, awe intercoolers, rs4 motor mounts, and phenolic spacers in. I was just wondering if you are him, cause i havent met him yet.

Thanks to the guys who vouched for me. I am anal. Things must be perfect. I also charge just enough to get me by. I genuinely like doing this stuff so I'm never out to rip someone off. Ask JAKGTREY via pm what all I'm doing for him then PM me if you're interested. I would need the car for a long weekend.

I think you should get it done at a reputable shop.
You might pay more but you'll have some sort of warranty for the work.
No offense but if you have some random guy install it and something goes wrong because of the install I doubt they are going to pay for their mistake.
That's just my opinion.
