Mirrors Fold in on LOCK command 3.0

Ok so I saw on Youtube some guy with a VW Bora (aka Jetta) who was able to get his mirrors to fold in when he clicks LOCK and fold out when he clicks UNLOCK... Any one know how to do this? DIY very much appriciated.. Also I have have the 3.0 a4 so it already has the fold in/out with the turn of the knob.. THNKS

Y not program you key fob to put the windows up and down

im really interested in the folding mirrors too ive seen it on a b7 s4.

and how do you program you key fob to do windows and stuff thats awsome i had that on my bmw so convinient.

you know the jetta is cool but that is kinda ricey. i thought when you stop your car the powered mirrors are suppose to retract? i mean what the heck is the point of having your mirrors open/close with the remote? if the car does that already? maybe he can attach a corrado wing to the trunk and be super cool.

Well I am just trying to see if there is a vag com mod or something that will do this for me, because when I park at school I hate ppl that try to sqeeze in between cars to get to school and push in the mirrors. My grandma's lexus LS does the mirror thing when she locks and unlocks it and not only is it super cool but, man is it convenient

that mirror motor is fragile, don't do it. only 1 mirror folds on mine.

Now that would be awesome, I was thinking about that for a while. First, the windows lock and unlock at specific position and maybe it will be possible to fold / unfold on lock / unlock switch, plus checking for "key in ignition".

It wouldn;t be very productive to have the mirror fold everytime you switch the igniton on and off... maybe you are stopping just to gas up or grab smthing and come back.... eventually the motor would break down.
The lock and unlock folding mirror would be better cuz the whole reason you want that fuction is to avoid people hitting your mirrors when you are parked... plus it looks cool to do it on your command... not everytime you stop the car.
