    Anyone using the 1.8t powergasket

    Just wondering if anyone has used this gasket yet..
    It says it gives 5% more power and the dyno readings say on the site that theres +10hp and +6ftlb torque...

    Anyone running it?

    although i don't really believe in intake manifold spacer, none of the logs are correct. IAT sensor is located on the manifold so it should read lower, however the head is still rather hot.

    before/after logs should be recording cf and egt instead, those are the factors effected by cooler charged air.

    but if the spacer were to work, it is because cool charged air traveled through less hot piping leading to the head.

    Someone told me to get one so I did. No noticable gains but manifold is cool to the touch always. I have the Power gasket.
    Unitronic tuned. love it.

    Need any services done in NYC area please PM me. I will diagnose and fix your car. Also do clutch replacements, Timing-belt services, Turbo upgrade/installation, Fluid changes, boost leaks and pretty much anything.

    I have one but installed when putting in my new eng. so I have no idea if it helps.
