I am only getting about 3-4 pounds of boost. I took it in to the shop and they said my wastegate is seized. Before i go spend money on a new turbo/wastegate i want to make sure thats the problem.

Could it not be my N75 valve?

Its a spring is it not? If they say its seized then more then likely it doesnt physically move.
Yeah it probably could be n75 if not something else but if the wastegate isnt moving then thats a problem regardless.

Make sure all your wires are connected to the N75. One of mine broken and I was only getting 4 pounds of boost. I soldered it back on and it works just fine.

All you have to do is peel back the weather pack on the N75 to reveal the wires.

check your codes first. The n75 will throw a code if not working or a wire being broken.
