Yes it will fit the RS4. It will be a little tighter due to the Rs4's oil cooler. But everything should work very well. Shipping from LA to Milan ( i dont know your city ) was $310 at UPS.com.

The Condition of the cooler is EXCELLENT. There are no bent fins, or any signs that suggest it is less than optimal.
