Does not come with adapter, that is for a ko3 and ko4. This was bought for use with a Gt28r (2.5" inlet) but can be used with any turbo with a 2.5" inlet, or smaller if you get that adapter. Part number is 48.02.44.EC was bought form eurocode http://www.ecodetuning.com/shop/cart...t_detail&p=466
