    i recently did it on my 2.8..doesnt really need any special tools, but its a really tight fit

    A clip holds them in. Just be sure that the new sensor is fully seated when you clip it in. Pull on it to be sure it won't come out.

    i would remove the coolant tank cap to depressurize the system....itll help the "splash effect" when removing the sensor
