tint on the front windsheild question

tint shop asked me if it was going to get in the way of any sensors like the one in front of the rear view mirror...

i just want the top strip done, figured i would be sure before i got it done... im getting 10%

well that sensor is behind where the mirror is mounted, so tint couldnt cover it anyways

its legal up to 4in. im pretty sure, youre fine dude, go for it youre not going to cover anything up

oh believe me im not worried if its legal or not.. cops have much more to do here in vegas than get us for tint. But ofcourse they do sometimes. i had 5% all around on my last car, i have 10% on my audi. Just wanted to make sure its not in the way of any sensors

You will be fine as long as they cut out around where the rear view mirror attaches to the windshield. They can not just take off the mirror, so a solid strip of tint, then glue it back on over the tint.

its on wigwam off of Stephanie. past where the Stephanie Village condos are going. bunch of office buildings down there. weve had a few cars done there. good work
