aftermarket silicone intercooler kit. fit the factory intercooler?

sorry for the simple questions. i found this stuff on ebay and want to discuss with you guys.

would the kit our factory intercooler? as most of you chipped your ECU to increase the turbo boost, would you use the kit in your chipped ECU to make sure the turbo is cool enough?

i only use 1 bar on my turbo with K03. would factory intercooler do the job or something i need to upgrade? just share your opinion .

yes it will fit, not it won't cool your charge any more than stock
